Join Sandy Opsomer for a fun bellydance workout! This beginner class will teach you the core movements of Middle Eastern Dance. You'll learn shimmies, snake arms, figure eights and more! Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Please wear yoga/gym attire and socks. Feel free to bring a hip scarf if you like!

Sandy Opsomer is a professional dancer from the San Francisco bay area where she performed with Les Gazelles Belly Dance Troupe. Since relocating to Sarasota to be near her family she is currently performing at Hip Expressions Studio in St. Pete and other local venues.
